The Best Way to Reach Us
For the fastest response, please contact us by email. This allows us to keep track of your enquiry and provide you with all the information you need as quickly as possible.
If your enquiry is regarding an existing order, please include your name and order number (if applicable) so we can assist you promptly.
As a small business, we may not always be able to answer the phone straight away, particularly when we’re busy packing your beautiful orders or attending markets. If you can’t reach us by phone, please send us an email and we’ll get back to you as soon as we can.
Thank you for supporting Stone & Stem. We look forward to hearing from you! 🌿💎
